Equipping fathers to thrive

Change strategies, inspired by lived experience.

Core Human-led Services

  • Workshops & Keynotes

Our interactive sessions are founder led, collaborative, delivered in-firm and designed to equip ambitious fathers with practical tools to manage both personal and professional change.

Topics include ‘realising the value of paternity leave’, ‘partnering at home like you partner at work’ and ‘legacy by design: the next 10 years.’

  • Minimalist wooden desk accessories including pens, balls, bowls, and paper in neutral tones with soft natural lighting.

    Themed Peer Grouping

A series of informal, small group peer-to-peer sessions built around specific themes of how parental responsibilities and care for ageing parents impact professional life.

These are deliberately conversational, providing space to share, learn, and problem solve together.

  • A metallic desk lamp turned on, illuminating a white desk in a dimly lit room.

    1:1

Confidential, personalised support for emerging leaders balancing ambition with increasing responsibilities at home.

This creates a private space for reflection, strategy, and accountability.

    Out of Office

Not everything happens in the office - and sometimes the best insights come outside it.

Out of Office is our curated series of social activities designed to connect and recharge in a relaxed environment.

Why it matters to your firm

Nearly one third of UK working parents and carers are very stressed. Of those, 80% are finding it hard to focus on work.

  • Provide high performing professional men with emotional and mental tools to navigate personal transitions - reducing burnout, presenteeism, and silent suffering.

  • Show your people that they matter beyond the billable hour. Support at pivotal life stages drives long-term commitment and advocacy.

  • Help ambitious fathers regain clarity, balance, and high performance mindsets - especially in an “always-on” culture.

  • Equip senior lawyers with emotional intelligence tools that elevate team engagement, client relationships, and mentoring capacity.

This applies to new fathers and care givers, as well as those with grown up children who may have had a different parenting experience.

  • Create an in-person and virtual space for reflection, empathy, and culture change among those who often feel expected to “just get on with it.”

  • Becoming a father today is very different to previous generations. Now is the time to get ahead of UK paternity reform, which is already impacting external and internal expectations around shared parental leave, flexibility and identity.
